  • When will I get my order?

    Depending on the current order volume and capacity, producing the prints / posters takes around 2-5 business days and the shipping time depends on where you are in the world.

    The estimated delivery time (which you find in your order confirmation) is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like: Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions etc.

    We work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days. Contact us at: [email protected]), we will check your order status and let you know how to proceed.

  • Which countries does Posterstar.com ship to?

    We ship to most countries in the world but do not currently ship to: Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, Afghanistan and North Korea.

  • I have not received my order. Is it lost?

    For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But first make sure to double-check with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order. Also make sure that the shipping address was correct.
    Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, you must go through the shipping carrier.

  • My order arrived damaged, what now?

    This is not the experience we want you to have, but accidents can sometimes happen during shipping too. If your order arrived damaged, please contact us no later than two weeks after receiving your order so we can sort this out as quickly as possible. Contact us at: [email protected] Make sure to include:

    • A clear image of the damaged product as well of the damaged packaging.
    • Order ID number.

    Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on prints, due to their custom nature!

  • I have changed my mind, can I return my print?

    Unfortunately, due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print please Contact us at: [email protected]), and we will let you know if there is anything we can help you with.
